  • 3 ½ to 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp salt

  2. Mix Dough: Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.

  3. Knead Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours or until doubled in size.

  5. Punch Down: Punch down the dough to release any air bubbles.

  6. Divide and Shape: Divide the dough into two balls for two medium (10") pizzas. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.

Let's Assemble

Ingredients:

  • Your Crust

  • Red Sauce

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Cupping Pepperoni

  • Sweet Onion - Diced

  • Jalapeños - Diced

  • Crunchy Salt - Colima Salt Preferably

  • ECS 603 Sauce

Homemade Dough Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to the highest setting (usually around 500°F) with a pizza stone inside.

  2. Prepare Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal.

  3. Pre-Bake Crust: If desired, you can pre-bake the crust for 5-7 minutes to ensure a crispier base. This step is optional but recommended for a firmer crust.

Frozen Crust Users, Start Here

  1. Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) if using a frozen crust. Place it on a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.

  1. Assemble Pizza: Spread a thin layer of homemade tomato sauce on the crust. Add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese. Top with thinly sliced onions, small-cut jalapeños, & cupping pepperoni.

  2. Bake Pizza: Transfer the pizza to the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned.

  3. (Big Tip) Use a Pizza Stone: For optimal results, bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone. For you crispy thin crust lovers, start on one stone, then move to another preheated stone halfway through baking for an extra crispy crust.

Finishing Touch

Once your pizza is cooked to perfection, drizzle our 603 Sauce generously over the top. If you are really feeling it, add a pinch of crunchy salt to the top for some more texture. The sauce's tangy kick and subtle heat will complement the rich flavors of the toppings and the creamy mozzarella.

Enjoy your homemade pizza with a side of your favorite beverage, and don't forget to drizzle more 603 sauce for that extra zing!

Whether you're enjoying a quiet night in or hosting a pizza party, this recipe is sure to impress.
