Pittsburgh Poutine

with East Coast Sauces 412 Gravy

This recipe takes the classic Canadian comfort food, poutine, and infuses it with bold Pittsburgh flavors. The crispy fries and melty cheese curds remain, but the gravy gets a spicy makeover with East Coast Sriracha.

East Coast Sriracha, a soon-to-be Pittsburgh staple, adds a unique depth of flavor compared to traditional Sriracha. Its smoky undertones complement the savory richness of the gravy perfectly. You can adjust the amount of sriracha to your desired spice level, making this dish perfect for both heat seekers and those who prefer a milder kick.

The finished product is an explosion of textures and tastes. Each bite combines the satisfying crunch of the fries with the smooth creaminess of the cheese curds, all enveloped in a rich, flavorful gravy that packs a spicy punch. It's a perfect example of how a simple recipe can be transformed into something truly special with a touch of regional flair.
